After Christmas walk 28 December 2007 Naas

The umpteenth staging of Naas Local History Group's post Christmas walk takes place this Friday, 28 December at 2.30pm from Naas Town Hall. This year we are joined by the hardy members of the Kildare branch of the Inland Waterways Association of Ireland who, I might add, similarly joined us some fifteen years ago. Apart at all from its seasonal and social aspects the walk gives an opportunity to reflect on changes in the locality over the past year ... with the turn of the old year being a landmark of the historian's trade.
